He turned up promptly at the agreed time on the agreed date and after having a walk through of the job I was happy enough to go back to work and leave zak to it. After a few conversations with Zack I decided to go ahead with Accord CCTV & Alarms to supply and fit me with a Hikvision alarm system and a set of four 3k cameras. Zack was very informative and primarily was the reason i went with the company due to his friendly customer service. Booking a slot in for it all to be installed was very easy and on the day I had Ray do all the installations. Ray asked me where i would like all of my devices to which he gave me his friendly professional advice on which I then made my decision and he got on with the job. Ray did a very professional installation and I am extremely pleased with everything including the systems that I was recommended by Zack. I was also quoted by another company which I won't name, but in comparison Accord cctv was 1k cheaper than the other companies quote with a better quality camera and no subscription which the other company was asking for £23.99pm for you to get the most out of there alarm. So if your looking for great customer service with fair competitive prices and excellent alarm + camera systems then for me there was no where else to look.
